Best plumbing company in DFW. After 2 other companies couldn’t fix my shower, Confluent fixed it! They even helped me prepare for the freeze that was coming, and registered my water heaters (which weren’t even part of the issue and were not installed by them). All around nice, trustworthy guys. Highly recommend.
Philip and the Confluent Solutions staff are second to none. Their communication, rapid response and attention to detail got us back in our home ahead of schedule during the recent power outages and freezing temperatures. We were needing our gas lines checked and couldn’t turn on gas to our house until it was done. It was already late afternoon but they were so responsive and came out so we wouldn’t have to be without gas overnight. They were professional and affordable

Quality work by quality people. Philip came out this year for annual tankless water heater service, and Angel came out last year. I had my tankless installed by another company, before I met Philip, and had ongoing costly issues with it; come to find out the unit was fine, the "repairs" were suspect. Philip and Angel have it back on track and took the time to demystify the unit for me. Added bonus for me, Philip showed me some simple things I can do myself to save some money; ie... replace water filter and replace neutralizer pellets. Fascinating Philip, Molecular Biology to all the trappings of a tankless water heater. Thanks for making it a great day Philip!

Confluent Solutions is a very knowledgeable plumbing company. We used Confluent Solutions to correct a previous plumbing company who actually laid a new sewer pipe without connecting it (a pipe to no where). Confluent Solutions saved our investment when building our new home. Their costs are more than reasonable and they can be trusted. Trust is a scary thing if you do not know someone. Confluent Solutions earns your trust. From our experience we can recommend them and trust them.

Can't say enough about these guys. They are up-front in their pricing and estimates. They are knowledgeable and fair. We were lucky enough to have Joe and Brice do the repairs, and they worked extremely hard on a difficult task. They are personable, courteous, and communicate what's going on and options to address it. We will never use anyone else. We have an older home which presented unique challenges, and we were offered a number of solutions to tackle the problem. Just a great group of folks over there. We've been extremely pleased with the work.

Called and spoke to Philip. He was candid, open about pricing and where there was the possibility for increased costs. Helped me understand diagnose what we might be looking at. Our landlord went with someone they had an arrangement with, but I will not hesitate to call Philip and confluent if the issue is not fixed or another issue arises.

We have been working alongside Phillip for a while now doing excavation, tunneling , trenching and he is very professional, knowledgeable,and over all pleasant to work with. He allows us to do our work,and always pays with out any issues.
Nobody ever wants to get a letter from the water dept saying that you've been using water continuously. But if you do, call Phillip at Confluent Solutions. We have used him and his team to replace a hot water heater, fix a leaking sink drain, and most recently, they replaced most of the plumbing under our house and ran a new line in from the street due to several leaks caused by the dry weather we had this summer. Phillip is easy to work with and knows what he's doing. He is dedicated to doing things the right way. We feel comfortable knowing that the work his team did is going to last. There were no bandaid fixes here, in fact, they spent quite a bit of time undoing and correcting a lot of the bandaid fixes that the previous homeowners had used that were failing or not working efficiently. Our house was built in 1955 and had at least three different kinds of pipes underneath. They took on quite a puzzle and straightened it out. The crews showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up each day when they left. They were courteous, respectful and did great work. Don't mess around with your plumbing. I especially recommend Confluent if you have an older house, because they are very familiar with the ins and outs of 50-60 year old plumbing. Phillip stayed in touch throughout the entire 4 day job, and stopped by several times to see how it was going. They aren't the most inexepensive around, but they are very fair in their prices and completely worth it if you want quality work done by a master plumber. When it comes to plumbing, I am happy to pay for a job well done by a person who's put in the time to understand what they're doing and receive the proper licensing. We are very pleased with what they did and glad to refer them to others.
Highly recommended if you need a plumber in 76107 / Monticello. These guys were awesome to work with. Super responsive, courteous, and professional. We had some damage from the freeze as well as a couple of other issues with leaking pipes under our house. They took the time to clearly explain everything along with our options and their recommendations. Communication was fast and clear. Couldn't have gone smoother.

Was able to contact Phillip in which he came to my house the day of. Phil was over helping me inspect low water pressure issues in my kitchen and was very detail oriented. Instead of replacing the entire faucet as some other plumbers suggested, Phillip was honest and found an alternative solution! Will definitely be recommending this company to all friends with plumbing issues.

We recently had a Total Repiping with PEX of our 1920s home here in Arlington Heights due to leaking pipes in crawl space. Phillip and his crews are all very knowledgeable and skilled. Regular updates, timely completion. High quality, first class work. So great to have new, clean water pipes and improved water flow. Daily email updates on who and when crews were arriving. I wish all contractors were like this. All were friendly and great communicators. Daily clean up of the job site too.
