"Nobody ever wants to get a letter from the water dept saying that you've been using water continuously. But if you do, call Phillip at Confluent Solutions. We have used him and his team to replace a hot water heater, fix a leaking sink drain, and most recently, they replaced most of the plumbing under our house and ran a new line in from the street due to several leaks caused by the dry weather we had this summer. Phillip is easy to work with and knows what he's doing. He is dedicated to doing things the right way. We feel comfortable knowing that the work his team did is going to last. There were no bandaid fixes here, in fact, they spent quite a bit of time undoing and correcting a lot of the bandaid fixes that the previous homeowners had used that were failing or not working efficiently. Our house was built in 1955 and had at least three different kinds of pipes underneath. They took on quite a puzzle and straightened it out. The crews showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up each day when they left. They were courteous, respectful and did great work. Don't mess around with your plumbing. I especially recommend Confluent if you have an older house, because they are very familiar with the ins and outs of 50-60 year old plumbing. Phillip stayed in touch throughout the entire 4 day job, and stopped by several times to see how it was going. They aren't the most inexepensive around, but they are very fair in their prices and completely worth it if you want quality work done by a master plumber. When it comes to plumbing, I am happy to pay for a job well done by a person who's put in the time to understand what they're doing and receive the proper licensing. We are very pleased with what they did and glad to refer them to others."
